Poor performance of a tech and a supervisor! These guys service my building. They lost the keys and instead of fixing the issue they created, have decided to call people names like “f-ing d-bag”. Not professional at all!

My girlfriend and I had the absolute pleasure of being helped by David tonight. He greeted us with a smile that never left his face during our visit. He was helpful and knowledgeable with everything we needed and had us on our way quickly. It was a great comfort to be treated with kindness and respect. It is because of people like David that we keep and enjoy Spectrum and their services.

Spectrum is trash. They do not value their current customers. We have had their services since 2016 and when I called to get upgraded to the "NEW CUSTOMER" pricing at 79.99 for their fastest internet. I have to cancel my internet for 60 days to get that pricing vs. giving me faster internet at the same rate I am currently paying.

I came into the Lakeville Spectrum store and worked with Nick Murphy. He’s given me nothing but fantastic customer service and is always very patient and understanding with any questions I have. He has a great understanding of his customers needs and is always very positive and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend working with Nick if you come to the Lakeville store. I had a great experience and wish others could be more willing to take the time to help customers in need.

I called because l was having trouble with my automatic bank payment and within 15 minutes the problem was taken care of. The customer service person was very helpful and polite.

Nothing to do with store and everything to do with service. I have you guys for business and residential internet. I could not work today because you guys had an outage, starting at 8:20am, that STILL has not been resolved and it is 3:20pm. You told me that all you could credit me is for the day of. I make over $100 a day. You charge me $65/month for internet. Watch. You're not getting paid this month and I am canceling ASAP. Try making a fuss and I will see you in court.

Met with Dusty Benscoter at this store. Dusty was very professional and invested the time with us to explain the options and exact costs that would be on our bill (inclu. tax). We purchased the bundle and left the store feeling great about our experience and purchase.

Absolutely worst experience I have had with not only an internet company but a company as a whole. I moved into my house and had service set up for the day we moved in. The technician told me they couldn’t preform service because they had to bury the line. Didn’t provide a date when they could service me. I called spectrum support and after multiple try’s and a horrible wait time, I was able to speak with someone. They looked into my account/service request and told me we won’t be able to provide you internet until may 31st when the ground is no longer frozen. Granted that is 3 months. I told them to cancel my account and I got a email confirmation that my account had been cancelled. I called T-mobile internet and they were TERRIFIC! No wait time to speak with a representative. SUPER friendly and the whole experience lasted 20 minutes. I ordered their internet on a Friday and the internet router showed up at my front door by the following Monday!! Super easy set up, no lines needed to be buried, and the internet connection is wonderful. Spectrum starts calling me on that Monday, then Tuesday. They told me I was set up for service on March 19th. I said I cancelled my services with you last week and went with a different provider. On Friday of the same week AS IT IS SNOWING AND THE GROUND IS STILL FROZEN (not even March 19th like they said either) they came to my house without my knowledge and preformed work on my property with no warning. I thought the ground was frozen and they couldn’t provide service until may 31st?!? Now remember I cancelled my services with them and have the email confirmation. They ripped my temporary front step off, buried the line across my driveway, and didn’t put my front step back. I have provided pictures to show how they left my property. Worst company I have ever dealt with. Super shady how the following week after I tell them to cancel my account that they show up unannounced on my property and perform internet service. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL! If there was a rating for no stars, I would have let that. They don’t even deserve one star.

I was surprised at the how rude the service was At 5:45pm on March 20th. I been a long time customer with multiple services. I promise if that was my 1st time entering the store I would have never returned.

It is really nice to be able to walk into a location and speak to a representative face-to-face.
Although if you come here for new service or change of service. Plan on being here for at least an hour.
The store is set up pretty well. And service is reasonable.
