The worse service I have ever been through. The sales people do not know what they are doing. I am going back tomorrow to talk to supervisor. Doubt if it will help. Spectrum is the worst.

I called because l was having trouble with my automatic bank payment and within 15 minutes the problem was taken care of. The customer service person was very helpful and polite.
