Bought a vehicle that had only been serviced here. Most recent service was brakes.
At least one 1-3 lugs are stripped on EVERY TIRE.
CANT EVEN TAKE THE TIRE OFF CAUSE OF A FLAT.
DO NOT GO HERE

I had not been here before. I needed a oil change. I had to leave town. Took a bit longer than expected. Had to change air filter. Waiting. Small bench to sit on. No one talked to me at all. 2 at desk . 2 come through garage. Didn't say how long I'd be, since they had to order filter. Cost was right . As I said . They were open & took me. It was black Friday. Thanks guys.

Amazing experience buying a car here. Everyone was extremely nice and attentive. The vehicles were absolutely top notch and everything we looked at was immaculate. The service guys both at the counter and the technicians were extremely helpful and got the work done quickly! They explained the issue, gave a realistic timeframe, and even called me a few days early to get my car back. Poquet Lakeville will be where I always bring my cars to get fixed.

Worst service I’ve ever had. needed a headlight replaced. Didn’t fix it. Charged me and told me they didn’t know what else to do.

Really like going to the Poque automotive, there really good with my Volvo which I bought from them. Prices are better than dealer repairs, oem parts!!

Excellent 1st time experience with service department. Needed new tires for 2013 Nissan Maxima. Eric Akre, in service dept gave me list of tires that would fit my car and I was able to spend the time I needed to research the differences in each tire brand. The ones he recommended based on what I said was important to me were least expensive and the ones I decided on after much tire research/reviews. Also asked for new blades if not too much over what I could buy at auto shop. He said they weren't and I asked for the best they had. They are whisper quiet. Called at 1000AM to schedule new tires, oil change, blades, install mud flaps, that were in my car for over a year, and not a normal service or something they normally do and they did it. I dropped car at 1115 and I had my car by 3:00pm same day. Unbelievable. Absolutely awesome. I'm extremely happy with tires and final cost. Thank you, Poquet, Eric and Service Team! L. Lawson

Completely speechless with the level of support we received at Poquet Lakeville. Chris went above and beyond to help us when we were in a bind. His communication was excellent and we were able to make our event, safely :) Poquet now has a customer for life - without any hesitation.
