I brought my boat to Travis with the expectation of it just being better since I neglected the interior of my boat after each time we took it out on the water. It was full of mildew and mold spots. He blew me away with the job he did. I highly recommend one choice to anyone who needs some tlc on whatever they're needing fixed up.Service: Auto detailing

If I could give this business a negative star, I would. My experience with Travis and his business was beyond unprofessional. A year ago my boat was dropped at his place of business for a simple antifreeze flush and a wrap. I was told this would take one week to complete. I requested an estimate, in writing, many times and was not given one. After numerous weeks, calls and texts, that went unanswered until I said I was coming to pick up my boat, I received notice that he would have it completed that week. That did not happen. Finally, in mid-November my husband picked up my boat. It was missing the tie down strap, which Travis refused to look for. I had asked MANY times for an invoice, with no reply, until the boat was picked up. It was then that I received an invoice for significantly more than quoted. When I questioned him and said I would pay him what we agreed to and not the exaggerated amount, he threatened to go to my employer to file a complaint. He, also, reported the boat as a "theft of services". That criminal case was quickly dismissed by sharing the documentation I had gathered, with the courts. Fast forward to a year later, through conciliation court, the Judge made a ruling that closely reflected the original amount agreed upon, not the almost double amount he claimed. I am, currently, trying to obtain an address to submit a payment and am being met with texts threatening to sue me. So, in a nutshell, if this is the type of business you want to work with, by all means, contract him to do your work. I will not be recommending him to anyone I know. I will share my experience and let them decide for themselves.

One choice made my 1998 Searay look like a 2021 Searay. I am so happy that I took it to One Choice! They are the only "Choice" for me and my toys! I highly recommend them for any of your projects. Very professional, punctual, and considerate!

I would write about what type of service they did, but I couldn't even get him to detail my boat. I contacted him about doing a full detail for me and he just strung me along for weeks taking days to respond to every text, and when he finally did respond he told me he was going to charge me more. By the time I realized it wasn't going to work everybody else was booked solid. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND USING HIM

I called him to have my car detailed. He TEXTED me back saying I could drop the car off in the early the next morning to have it detailed. I texted him back confirming if that was the right decision. Got no text back! Never got the car detailed.

My experience with Travis at One Choice Detailing was horrendous.After the auto detailing was finished, the inside of my car looked okay, but definitely not worth paying $ 240, which was the price he charged because of excess surcharges.He claimed that my car was dirtier than the average car, but I had vacuumed it myself a few days before the job and had had the exterior cleaned at a Mitsubishi dealership 4 weeks prior. My car was definitely not dirtier than the average car.He also claimed there was a vomit substance on the floor which was a covid-19 biohazard that "put [his] life on the line," which on one hand was a bit theatrical, and on the other hand was not true since no-one had thrown up in my car.The price that was agreed on was $149.99 as base price but I was charged 176.00 base price. Then he added further up-charges of 48$ for additional cleaning.Nevertheless, Travis didn't mention a word about this and sent out the invoice without informing me about any of the surcharges.In my opinion Travis was not transparent and his game is to nickel and dime you to add up-charges to the price listed on the website. Even if your car is relatively clean, Travis will make sure to find something to bring up the cost, which in my case was a 90% increase versus the quoted price. The service was okay, but the fact there was no transparency, his unspoken up-charges, as well as the fact that he avoided to talk with me after the fact (he left my keys under a stone) have all led me to give him a failing grade on this review.

Travis went above and beyond all expectations when detailing my Tesla S. I had it shipped to Minnesota from California and there were thousands of dead bugs encrusted into my wrap job that he meticulously got off. I'm heading back to One Choice detailing to have my Porsche Cayenne done next. If you're looking for a quality service to use on your car, call Travis!

I discovered One Choice Detailing because the company I normally use for detailing was booked for a few weeks, I called Travis at One Choice Detailing and found out that he had an open appointment the next day that he could slide me into and his team would come to me to detail my truck so it was a win win. Travis's team showed up on time and went right to work after a friendly greeting. One Choice Detailing turned my dirty work truck into a like new clean interior. I appreciate Travis and his Team and One Choice Detailing will be my first choice going forward

The level of service from these guys is astonishing. I had them detail a boat for me a couple summers ago. I thought they did a decent job. So I contacted them this summer. Travis told me he would do the job and went silent. Didn't return text messages or phone calls. So much for repeat business.

I had these guys detail my old boat. Reached out to have them do my new boat. Very unresponsive. Almost like they don’t want the business. Not sure what has changed but I won’t be back. There are other companies out there that value repeat business.
