I saw Haley for a wax and Angelica for a manicure- they were both fantastic! Highly recommend! Clearly skilled and fun and friendly. Haley made me feel really comfortable for my first wax. Angelica was so fun and seemed to have a lot of knowledge of the products and process.Services: Body waxing

I was greeted by a lovely receptionist Stacy who checked me in and then I had a full foil with Meghan who did an amazing job on my hair for the second time. I was not impressed checking out with Kelly who was cold and snippy when I inquired about the $16 surcharge for an extra bowl of product. I had the exact same service to my hair as before a couple of months ago (exact same colors and quantity) and no one mentioned the up charge which meant I could only afford to leave a small tip. Kelly was not patient or able to explain why I didn’t know in advance about the extra charge and brushed me off with a “Have a good day” which in my mind meant “sorry you don’t like our price policies but just leave”! Go see Whitney at the medi spa for glowing skin! She is so amazing, not pushy and cares about you looking your best. Injectables can take a while to get it just right and she will show you a map of the muscles on your face and injects in a place to get the results just right. She always listens to exactly what I want for my skin. They run a special for first time guests and have gift card sales over the holidays to save a little $$ as well.

I had a facial with dawn and she was awesome!!! My first ever facial and she was so kind and professional and seemed to really know her stuff! I would 100% recommend a facial with Dawn. I will for sure be going back! Thanks Dawn!!

Moved my massage appt without getting in touch with me. So when I show up my booking, claimed to have called and left messages - that were never received - even showed her my phone calls from today and all I was told is someone else had my time slot and I could book another day. I booked this two days ago for an injury I’m trying to work through and moved my entire day around it so this was beyond frustrating!!! Why would you just move an appointment without confirming it with the person?!
