Over the years, I have rented a variety of storage units here, so much so that it is almost my second home! This time when I rented, I wanted to be in a place that felt safe, secure, clean and easy to navigate - and I wanted to be where I was known. I, of course, chose Lake Marion. I am in one of the most stressful times of my entire life and being at this facility is helping reduce that stress. It's a great place!

Clean storage center. My parents have a unit there and it’s easy to access and there’s no one ever there so it’s easy to move in and out of the unit.

In the spring of 2019, I purchased a camper and had absolutely no idea where I was going to store it. After calling around to multiple storage facilities in the area and being told they were completely full and they couldn't fit us in, Tim at Lake Marion Storage came to the rescue. While at first he said they were currently full, he sensed the urgency in my voice, and offered to walk the property to see what he could do for me and called me back soon thereafter saying he found a spot that might work for my camper and to stop by and try it out. When I wanted to move the camper to an indoor spot in the winter, without any hesitation, he stopped my payment for the winter while still holding my spot for the spring and summer months of this year. We recently moved to the other side of the Twin Cities and had to find a spot closer to our new home. I just called and said I had to cancel and Tim immediately stopped payment, thanked me for my business and cheerfully ended the call with "Happy Travels!" Only adjusting this overall experience from a 5 to a 4 because we didn't experience the indoor storage spaces, but as for customer service, accommodation and friendliness, I give Tim at Lake Marion 5 stars! Thank you!

It was under construction when I was there. Walked the plank to office. It has storage. But if you look for it by the rental truck name, you wont find it. It storage named. Make sure you bring your insurance papers with you. Card isnt enough. Itll cost you more if you dont. Also, keep your company outside. He doesnt care for extra people around the entry.
