We had our front end repaired in 2022. In 2024 some of the paint on the front bumper was starting to peel. They looked at the car and they said "We'll take care of it". Picked up the car today and it looks like a new car. Great to deal with a repair shop that values both integrity and workmanship!

I recently had an unfortunate car accident and faced the overwhelming task of dealing with its aftermath. During this stressful time, I interacted with Bob at Lake Marion Collision, and I cannot praise his service enough.
From the outset, Bob was incredibly patient and understanding over the phone, assuring me that he would notify me as soon as my vehicle arrived at their facility. True to his word, he called me promptly, allowing me to retrieve personal items from my car. What's more, when I arrived, Bob personally assisted me in collecting my belongings from my severely damaged vehicle.
Bob's kindness and proactive approach made a significant difference in my experience. His dedication to going above and beyond in customer service assures me that I will turn to Lake Marion Collision Center for any future vehicle needs.

I came in with a big ole dent in the side of my car and a broken mirror on my passenger side from sliding into a mailbox during an ice storm earlier this year. I looked through different places on Google Maps to decide which repair shop I wanted to go to, and this place had wonderful reviews.My estimate was quick and easy, and afterwards they said it would be a couple months before they could get me in. I expected as much so I waited for the appointment day to come. Then a bit later I get a call from Bob about an opening the next Monday for a dropoff, and so we moved up the dropoff by a month.When I dropped off my car, I was able to be picked up by my rental car company and get that taken care of, and so I left my car in the capable hands of the workers.The next communication I got was from Bob again, who said I had a broken window switch on my passenger side that would cost extra if I wanted to fix it, but he wanted to ask about it since they could repair it then. I accepted the ~$80 additional out of pocket amount and then waited for the repair to be done. I figured they'd call if they had any issues, so I patiently waited/hoped I wouldn't have issues that they'd need to call about.The next call I got was that my car was ready! When I got there, all I had to do was leave my rental car and keys with them, then pay for my repair and pick up my keys. When I realized I forgot my garage clicker in the rental car, they were kind enough to get it out of the car and set it aside for me to pick up.Overall, a wonderful experience. It was my first time getting any car I owned repaired, and as a woman I felt respected. Most of the time when it comes to cars I'm asking my dad about everything, but with LMC I felt comfortable letting them take the wheel (no pun intended). I highly recommend this place for all repair needs, I will definitely be coming again if I need repairs! Thanks so much to Bob especially for all the help, and for the workers who repaired my car so well.

Took my car here after I got rear ended through insurance. Not only did they fix my bumper promptly, but they buffed out some damage that I told them wasn't a part of the accident. Didn't bill insurance for it, just did it to be nice. Good people.

My experience at Lake Marion was fantastic from start to finish! They did a thorough inspection and provided an accurate estimate (noting that there may be more unseen damage they couldn't access until parts were off the car). It took a while to get my car in, but it was worth the wait. They finished the repairs in the time frame given with no visible damage, and upon getting my car back, they had cleaned it inside and out. My car was the cleanest it has ever been, including the day I bought it from the dealership! They also informed me that I didn't need to drive my rental car back, the rental car place would pick up & they made the call to the rental company. Lake Marion went above and beyond. This is how businesses should treat customers. Not only would I bring my cars back, but I will refer business their way!

I was referred to Lake Marion Collision Center and they did not disappoint. The entire backend of my Jeep needed to be redone. This was the first experience I've had where I can say I was 100% satisfied with the customer service, and the end result of my vehicle being worked on. Bruce, and his entire staff were great to work with. I would recommend them to anyone! I absolutely give them 5 stars!Services: Body & Trim
