I bought 2024 Kia Sorento; it had about 400 miles when a piece of the door handle fell off (I didn’t have the piece). My sales person and the body shop worked together to get me a new part. It came today, I snapped it in place-good as new!

I am extremely happy with the work that Belzer's Body Shop did. Their attention to fit and detail is amazing. Their work made my truck factory new again. I am impressed beyond belief!!
Matt was my service manager. He was exceptional to work with!! He kept me informed throughout the process. Because of all this, they are my body shop of choice!! You won't go wrong making them yours too!!

We brought our vehicle there as it was one of the preferred shops for our insurance. We had an accident and Jeff Belzer was able to get us in the quickest. Communication was great with them for the most part throughout. They fixed our vehicle in a couple of weeks (no fault of their own- had to order lots of parts). We called to get an update after a couple of weeks and didn’t hear back. So I called again 4-5 days later and left another voicemail. I got a call back saying the car had been ready for almost a week and they “could’ve sworn they called us.” We had no calls or voicemails from them. Again, not the biggest deal but it definitely would’ve been nice to get our vehicle when it was ready. We live 2 miles away and would’ve picked up same day as using one vehicle during this time was a challenge. Even if they did call to tell us it was ready, you’d think if 5 days passed and nobody came to get the car, that you’d maybe do a follow up call. Again, annoying but not the reason I gave them 3 stars. When we got the car it was vacuumed out which was an awesome surprise and a nice touch. But- we discovered that the antenna on the vehicle was broken. My husband tried using the radio and it was static on all channels. He then did some investigating and found the antenna busted and the piece on top that covers the panel/chip was gone. Now he contacted the shop about it and they sent him a really blurry/grainy photo showing it in the parking lot with the antenna/cover on when we picked up. When my husband attempted to get answers on what could’ve happened he was met with a little hostility and rudeness and essentially a “you’re on your own.” Again, we live two miles from the shop and picked the car up and drove it home. He didn’t use the radio during the drive home as he made a call via Bluetooth. He discovered the issue at 3am (less than 12 hours after pickup) before heading into work and contacted them the next day. We were not offered an apology or any type of resolution and we now have a $200 repair on our hands due to needing an entire replacement. It’s super frustrating when you drop a vehicle off somewhere with a working radio and you pick it up and it’s no longer working and they offer zero solutions for it. The antenna didn’t magically break off and crack the panel/chip underneath on its own. Obviously something happened at the stop and there was nobody that caught it or is willing to own up to it. We actually bought this vehicle from Jeff Belzer as well which is part of the reason we wanted to have them involved in fixing it and giving them our business. But after this, we will make sure to avoid at all costs. Super disappointed.
*edited to add I believe they also gave us a car wash (which is great!) but it’s very likely this was the culprit to our broken vehicle now ? only thing we can pinpoint that would make sense. So be weary of using these people for your repairs*

Horrible experience. I had my car in the shop for well over 2 weeks and I was told I was getting it back within just a few days. I had a dent fixed, protective film put on, and had them look at the start/stop because when I bought it, it didn’t work and they knew that. It sat there for a week before anything got started. Better communication I could’ve brought my car when they were actually ready to start.
There was some paint chips that they agreed to touch up before they wrapped the car with protective film. When I got the car back. 1. There was a bunch a bubbles that the guy said would go away within a few days and they are still there weeks later. 2. They used the wrong paint to correct the paint chips. They used black and I don’t have a black car. 3. The start stop still doesn’t work and I don’t believe they even looked into it. 4. Lyle the manager at the store reached out and said this was going to get corrected and something would be done about this he had just needed to speak with upper management. I got there to pick my car up which I had to call about no one ever called me to say it was ready. I asked to speak with Lyle he didn’t come out and talk he sent some other guy out to me and told me that management wasn’t going to do anything about the experience I had. Not great customer service at all. Unacceptable!!

Just picked up my RAM limited, I baught it, not even a month went by I got rear ended. Chose having to drop the truck off here. Matt who was my service advisor was great to take care of me and my vehicle situation problem. The truck looks absolutely stunning as if it was never touched from factory. Highly recommend, worth the small wait if needed to make sure vehicle is up to factory spec.
