Hy-Vee doesn't care to maintain this, never has, and just jacked the price up from $11 to $13 and still - touchless wash #2 is barely functioning. If you go through touchless #1 and touchless #2 back to back and get the most expensive wash it is utterly OBVIOUS how many different problems there are with touchless #2. I've notified them of the problems several times over the last 5+ years and they just flat out don't fix it. Never have, never will. And touchless #1? Good luck, now you get to play the lottery of if it will or won't have any soap at all.
These washes are constantly blocked off with cones - all year round - but when the cones are gone the washes don't work any better than before the cones were put out there. So on that note, why are you constantly closing washes all year long yet doing absolutely nothing to maintain or fix them?
At $13? Go somewhere else.

It’s not great. The 2 touch-free lanes are not even open half the time, all year round. Quality of the wash itself is subpar. Dryer is weak. But it’s cheap and only a couple blocks from my house. As the saying goes, “you get what you pay for.”

Id give a 0 star review if I could. Left so many water spots on my car and didn't clean more than half of it. Sad cause my car wasn't even that dirty. Spend your money somewhere else that will clean your vehicles.

i have been here twice through the touch free. i feel as though the kwik trip car wash gets my car cleaner.

Soft touch is great, when its open. Touch free bays are coated with dirt.

The 4 bays are never open at the same time. Touchless wash is a joke, you can still see the windshield wiper lines and dirt on the car.
