I went here the other day and was helped by Courtney. She was so sweet and helpful. I needed to find a nice pot to plant my peppers in and she helped me find the PERFECT pot. She even carried the pot to my car for me. What a sweetheart! I loved this store already, but after my amazing experience with Courtney I will be coming back more often.

Overall, found great miscellaneous items for our new home. Got home and looked over my receipt to find I was charged too many times for some items. Luckily it was just on hand soaps.

My encounter with Manager Carolyn at HomeGoods was disheartening. Her dismissive attitude and apparent disregard for customer concerns made the shopping experience unpleasant. I'm not one to write reviews, but I felt it was necessary this time.

Lots of good stuff, with items changing all the time. Great stuff for gift-giving! The only issue is if you use a cart, it is hard to navigate with all the stuff in the isles and packed into the store.

Normally I love Home Goods but I was extremely unhappy to find out I purchased a DIRTY SMELLY table cloth. How does this even happen!? It was in its original cardboard wrapped packaging, didn’t look tampered with and I paid full price. I went to go use if for thanksgiving, my first time hosting and everyone commented on the smell and disgusting stains. So embarrassing, so disgusting and extremely upset I paid for a USED item.
