“I recently started my workout journey when I noticed an advertisement for a fitness study Anytime Fitness was promoting. I knew going in that reaching my goals would not happen over night it would take time but thought this would be a good start to get me back on the fitness trail to reach my fitness goals. I meet with the GM Katie, who explained how this study worked and asked me what my goals were if I were to choose to participate in the study. I told her what my goals were so I decided to give it a try. After the 30 days I am glad I did. My trainer Carter was great he even helped to push me with positive encouragement when I needed it and helping with other ways to work certain areas when my lower back at times couldn’t do it. After seeing my results from day one to the last day of the study I decided to continue my workout journey at Anytime Fitness. Thank you Carter and Katie for making working out again fun!”

“I like the friendly staff at Lifetime, and the pickleball courts. But I recently joined another gym in addition to Lifetime for the red light therapy. I also discovered machines that felt more comfortable and easier to use. I’m also shopping Pilates because Lifetime costs more even though the room often sits empty. Why not give Signature members a deep discount on Pilates? An unlimited and flexible monthly pass would be ideal if the price would compete with other studios. I prefer a one stop.”
