First and foremost let me say thanks again to the guys here at Heartland Tire and Auto. We were passing thru traveling when we had a brake down and it was getting late....Not being from the area or even close and having are chrilden tried and just wanting to relax. We called around and nobody could get us in until Friday but it's Wednesday we needed relief soon...Heartland got us in Thursday morning we were on the road after lunch heading home. APPRECIATE you guys and the extra advice on the way back home. To bad your not in are state we could use more good autoshop's.

We took our car in for oil change and it was making noise.They told us the brakes were fine and they weren’t (has new brakes installed) and we need a new transmission. Took our car into Toyota dealership and SURPRISE…. The transmission is fine! We have been going here over 20 years and sadly they are no longer trustworthy. We will take to Toyota dealership from now on.Be warned they are not ethical!

On a long drive to Minnesota for the holiday I picked up a slow leak in my tire…the gentlemen at the Good Year in Lakeville worked me in to their busy schedule days before Christmas and solved my problem so I could get back on the road with out any worries. Highly recommend…strait forward, courteous and efficient.

550 miles from home. Had an air conditioning issue. They got me in quickly and fixed the problem. Very happy cause it's a long ride home in the heat.

Got an oil change and on the way back my check engine light just “coincidentally” turns on and my o2 sensor is clapped now, hard to say it wasn’t something they did

Just got my oil changed here, and I have got to say, their customer service is ON POINT. During my oil change, I sat outside in order to attend a Zoom meeting, and when Nick (one of the employees) saw me sitting on a rock outside, he brought a lawn chair for me to use instead. This place not only delivers great service, but also cares for their customers in all the best ways.
