Family and I are very disappointed. We are loyal customers of fleet farm. Each year we get so excited for their Black Friday Sale. We make sure to arrive early for the free holiday plush. This year broke our hearts! We arrived thirty minutiae early and joined the long line. It was awfully cold this year, but we were in bright spirits. However, when the doors opened, sadness kicked in. They opened both doors, and split the line. Because of this families and individuals were able to just join the line, while we were still stuck in the line waiting. Over and over individuals flew through the main entrance, while our line stood still not working. Finally, we got to the door, only to be told there were no more plush animals. No warning from the employees outside, so we could join the other line. We look forward every year to take home the stuffed animals and add to our Christmas decorations. By the time, we tried to join the other line they were completely out. We were devastated! The first time in 20 years, we did not receive a stuffed animal. Our hearts are truly broken!

Almost ive tried come for the past 3 years almost all washes are out of order, I just tried 3/4 lanes and every single one was broken but unfortunately this is the best car wash in the area for the price, go somewhere else if you want the wash but if you’re willing to risk none of them being working car washes come here!

I was not impressed with Mills Fleet Farm. The staff was unhelpful, and I could not find anything I was looking for. I knew I shouldn't have gone there in the first place. On the outside it looks like they haven't mowed or done any upkeep on the grounds. Dumpy, dumpy stinky stinkyThank you

Touchless wash needs to be fixed. Doesn't rinse vehicle thoroughly

Used the far left bay. The screen said to pull forward before the final rise had started, then the dryer never turned on. Paid for Ultimate package. Overall wash quality D+. Hood, wheels, tailgate all had missed areas.

I wish I could upload pictures to show you how horrible this car wash was! There were literally spot that were not even touched by water. I paid $10 for my car to be washed and I am so disappointed.Service: Auto detailing

This is my first review and I want to state of furious I am with this store! I was asked multiple times if I wanted the ff credit card, after stating I wasn't interested in it. The gentleman kept insisting on me signing up (fyi it's a terrible card with very high interest rate). After making a few rude jokes and comments. I wasn't spending any more time in that store or going back ever again. Management really should reconsider who they hire. Fleet farm used to be great under the mills family. But now it's just a joke!
