I have sat on hold multiple times for about 30 minutes with no answer each time. Also they never have the prescriptions I need when I need them. I take these medications regularly so they know to have it in stock. Just very frustrating!

Rude pharmacy employees--refilled a prescription I did not ask for and that is not on autofill, and then refused to refund it even though neither the bag it was in (still stapled shut) nor the prescription package itself were opened. Would not even admit this was their error. Unfortunately not the first time this has happened. I'll be moving my prescriptions to the Walgreens across the street and won't be patronizing CVS again.

My wife and I came in today. We both had appointments for a flu and covid shot verified through the app. The pharmacist (Sharon) said we signed up incorrectly - despite ua having the correct verifications and refused to give my wife the Covid shot. Sharon was rude, unprofessional and told us to make another appointment. Disappointing given we made these 5 days in advance and drive to a neighboring town to get these.

They wouldn't exchange a greeting card without a receipt. They said it's because it's a different vendor. This should have NOTHING to do with needing a receipt. The lady was rude to make matters more frustrating. She looked and talked to me like I was an idiot, and was snappy when I was trying to understand what Hallmark would need from a receipt that the actual product wouldn't have. I even told her I would spend more money on the card I would leave with so there would not be any issues with needing to give me money back.I don't know why I even bought another card ther after her poor customer service. I will be taking my business elsewhere from now on.

Extremely poor service. Tall brunette at the counter was rude and mean on a mistake ( wrong medication) that she had made! The pharmacist said they fill over 500 orders per day. They are making mistakes because of the pace. Go somewhere else!

Unbelievable. The 2 younger female pharmacists (not Rita) are rude, dismissive, and make SURE you know how irritated they are you've interrupted their day!! I have stood in disbelief, with others, while they talk to patients on the phone about their meds, answer about side effects while rolling their eyes, sighing, metc. Once they hang up, they share what the patient asked, laughed at how stupid they are to ask about u tetaxtuons or whatever. Not once in a while. Not sometimes. Every. Single. Time. I've stood and argued about filling something for 5 minutes while being told she is TOO. Busy, too backed up, will do it tomorrow... My doc told me to start ASAP.... Literally spent 3x the time needed to fill it... Telling me she couldn't. When reviews are consistent, companies need to pay attention.

pharmacist told me they’d assist if I was in line by 5 when I asked if it’d be ok if I get to the drive thru at 4:59 (was On my way from hospital for meds for an extreme allergic reaction) and I was in line at 4:59 and they had the gate down. might die and can’t go to work until I pick it up but that pharmacist just had to leave early and make false promises to get 2 extra minutes of sunlight

Had a drive thru Covid test scheduled for 9:30 am. I showed up on time and they told me they couldn’t do it because no one there knew how to do it. They said I’d have to come back later when someone who knew how to do it was there.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I had scheduled an appointment at 11:20am and walked in at exactly 11:29am. They cancelled my appointment and stated there is a 10 minute grace period. The exact words from the lady working the front desk, “I’m sorry but we canceled your appointment 2 minutes ago.”They canceled my appointment at 11:27am when I had walked in before the 10 minute grace period was up.Don’t go here. They are rude and don’t follow their guidelines.

After a recent move to the area was looking for a pharmacy close by with good decent hours and a convenient app to manage my scripts. This location is open 9am to 8pm during the week 10am to 6pm Saturday and 10am to 5pm Sunday with a half hour closing from 1:30-2pm for lunch daily. They offer flu shots and Covid as well as other assorted vaccines -check for times scheduling etc as time permits. Customer Service is friendly and quick. Overall hours are pretty good and service with a smile. They are happy to help if you need anything and with a drive thru super convenient.

Our PCR test was cancelled a few hours before the appointment. The appointment was made a week ahead to ensure no risk for the travel to Canada. CVS did not even try to rebook us for the next available slot. The company is an absolute mess and does not value customers. We had to find an express test which was very expensive. I will provide the negative reviews on all social media for this company so that it is exposed internationally. The most disgusting thing is that the company have been having issues with their system for days, but still they sent an email confirming the appointment and then cancelled it on the day of. This is the worst service, the worst company and the worst employees and management. Shame on you!

Covid booster. The nicest nurse ever works here! There are many CVS Pharmacies closer to me, but I will drive to this location in the future.
