This is a great store. It's very clean and organized. I've always received assistance when I needed it. Lots of friendly employees.

Overpriced. Used to bag your groceries when the old Rainbow turned Cub. When asked if they still do, was told This is Cub. No. Good I have lots of others places to go. Don't know how this place still makes it!

Very professional employees, young or old; they are helpful, polite and friendly. Nice store layout. A lot less crowded than any other grocery store which makes for shorter checkout lines. I live closer to another Cub but find this one worth the extra time it takes to drive there.

Just left Cub foods. I am in a hurry asked an employee to help me find an item , the guys response was "it should be on isle 5" I explained to him before my inquiry that I couldn't find the item on isle 5! People, if you want great customer service go to Fresh Thyme great prices, great customer service!

Call me old-fashioned but I kind of resent the self-check out lines at the store. You lose the personal touch. however, when I was in the store on a weekend, I decided to try the self-check because there was only one check out line open and it was busy. Also only 2 self-checks were working and not the one with the longer grocery belt and I had ALOT of groceries. NOT Promising, right? About 12 items in the machine determined I needed assistance since the bagging area didn't like what I put in there. The lady clerk who came to help (after 2-3 minutes of waiting) was rude. I did not know she needed to get to the terminal on my side and she let me know with her tone I was most definitely in her way. Long story short. The terminal did this 2 more times. The clerk let my husband know that it was our fault for having too many groceries. She kept her back to me. I stated that perhaps more open lines would help. And she barked that they were doing the best they could. And I'm sure they were. However, I really saw no need for the continual rudeness (remember it happened 3 times and all 3 times must have been something we did wrong). I am most certainly not incapable of running an item across the scanner. Anyway, skip this location if you want great customer service and the personal touch. Or find a terminal location which is problem free and ignore anyone who works there. Such a disappointment since I spend $200-$300 a week here. This isn't the first time I have experienced bad service there, just the final straw.

Shout out to the wonderful cake decorator in the bakery. We had a problem finding a last minute cake for our daughter, and she offered to decorate one exactly as we wanted in a few hours. Wish I got your name, but THANK YOU! It was beautiful
