I recently switched from the nearby Walgreens and I couldn’t be happier with the service I have received with the pharmacists at Cub. My prescriptions are ready and waiting for me to pick them up, and instead of waiting in a 30 min drive thru line, i am in and out in 5 mins or less. Thank you for the great work you do!

On line shopping, they are supposed to notify you when your order is ready. They don't. you have to call them hours later. They don't include a receipt with your order, so you don't know how much you're being charged. And they short you items that you may have paid for. Your don't know for sure because there's no receipt! If you shop in store, be prepared to wait in line for a check out. I've never seen more that two checkers, no matter the time of day or day of the week. It takes longer to check out than to do your shopping. Don't shop here!

I have to say -- the two pharmacists here -- Yousif Murad and Nancy Cole -- are fantastic! I went here when I first moved because it's close to my employer; no other reason. Yet I've stayed because they're SOO friendly and they do what I need them to do well. Yousif literally knows WHO I am; I've never had a pharmacist know who I was just from regularly quarterly refills! Nancy is really great too!They'll also look for and find ways to save you money. You don't have to double check and make sure they applied your insurance or checked discount cards. They do it every time!

I am concerned "Instacart" is going on strike? Sometimes that company provides good staff. I like how well they do text any updates. I am concerned of why such long waits? Ordered in stock groceries to learn four days later the groceries were out of stock. If pay extra for same day delivery? The shoppers are better and order, too. Thank You for this service.
