I’ve been using this pharmacy for years, but over the last several months it’s been nothing but issues. The staff is rude. I waited for 20 minutes only to be told they were too busy to help and answer my Rx questions which ended up on me missing out on my prior authorization that at the time was approved. I later spoke with my insurance company and was told they ran my meds then reversed them out of the system (again missing out on my meds and prior authorization). Their hours now are inconvenient. The drive thru rule is that if cars are waiting and your meds aren’t ready you have to circle back through but they don’t follow their own rules. I’m finally so fed up with their service that I pulled my families medications from this pharmacy and sent them to a better pharmacy where the service has been great. Please change your posted hours. The ONLY reason I sent a prescription to you was because the posted hours were till 9pm. I would have went elsewhere to receive a needed prescription that evening.

The pharmacy is pathetically understaffed. The people who work there are pleasant (I don't know how because the work conditions must be dreadful.). The only person at the pharmacy today was one pharmacist who was responsible for literally everything. Clearly, one person can't handle that many tasks. I was told yesterday that my prescriptions would be done today. When I arrived, I was told it hadn't been started yet & to wait 20 minutes. I picked up a few items while I waited, went through check-out, and returned to the pharmacy. There was a line of people waiting, & the pharmacist was trying to answer the phones while doing everything else. I am handicapped & am not able to stand or sit for a long period of time, so I left without my prescriptions. I am physically unable to try again later today, especially since I'll likely encounter the same problem. I guess one day without the prescriptions won't matter & I'll try again tomorrow. I hope there will be more people trying to get the work done.

Tired of hearing \\\"it will come on our load today!\\\" I NEED THE PRESCRIPTION NOW!!!!!! Stop telling me lies just to placate me. You have told me for 4 days consecutively that my prescription will be in \\\"today\\\" and it has failed to show up. Shape up or im going to Walgreens

I love shopping at Cub but not this store. when I first drove up and saw only a few cars I was sad, thinking the store would close soon. Now I know why, none of the staff care. The deli counter has piles of precut meat and cheese, who knows how long that has been there. If you ask for something the person acts like you are an inconvenience. The bakery is a mess none of the donuts are labeled. At checkout several staff are standing around; find something to do or how about bag groceries when it is slow? With two other stores in close proximity I won't be back to this one.

Very nice store first time at this Cub! Yummy fried chicken! Great layout and very clean! Friendly and helpful employees! Love CUB!

None of the Cub Foods stores are special imo. This store seemed to have employees that were unfriendly or didn't know where stuff was. It was during Covid and maybe they were more standoffish because of that. We found most of the stuff that we needed but there were several bare spots around the store where product was missing. I guess there is still an issue with suppliers. This store was clean and recently remodeled so it did look nice. I guess i find it rude when you walk past an employee and say HI and they don't have the courtesy to reply to you and ignore you. Maybe it was the mask!

Placed an order through the Cub Instacart. They charged my CC and I was told the order would be ready for pick-up the next morning. Got the first text in the AM saying the shopper was filling the order. Then got a text saying it was out of stock and they couldn't fill the order and would refund my card. They should not allow products to be ordered and charge your CC if they know they are out of stock. Total scam in my opinion. Will never use Instacart at cub again

Produce is questionable. Never know if it is good until you get home only to find out it is mushy, woody inside, still green, not fit to eat so end up throwing it out and wasting my money

The produce is terrible. Third time in the past 2 months where I get home and within a day of wanting to use something it's moldy. Last time the bag of mini peppers had a rotten one in the middle, today Angel Sweet cherry tomatoes. Time to find some place else.
