Kaitlyn (I’m sure I’m spelling this name wrong, sorry!!) at the customer service desk on May 10th, 2024 at 2:15pm was AMAZING. I’m so grateful for all of the help; SO much time was saved today due to the wonderful customer service. Thank you, Kaitlyn!!

Smaller cub. Nobody was at customer service. I stood there 5 min and nobody. Talked to two good workers, a third needs training and the fourth was just rude. I love Cub but this store needs some work. Luckily Apple Valley is close.

We shop here pretty regular. Whenever we need a cake for an occasion, this is our go to store. They are always done when they say they will be. They always over deliver!! Just a great place to get cakes!!
