The Deli is awful. Doesn't matter how long you wait at the counter. THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU!! The ONLY way to get service is to wait 10mins, lose you patience then have to approach a deli worker and ask if you could get some service. They will straight up look you in the eye from 10 feet away then look away. They can't be bothered to do their jobs. This has happened no less than 5 times. It's like they WANT to throw all the food away at the end of the night. Absolutely ridiculous.

This location smells like sewage/rotten broccoli/rotten eggs you take your pick every evening. It's been like this for at least 6 MONTHS and it's repulsive!! Until it's fix I can't stomach to shop here.

Zero Star Bakery!They can't follow simple directions!I wanted a cake like I had the year before. It was a leftover valentines cake that someone had put pride into. I had a feeling it wouldn't be the same, but she didn't even do the colors I wanted. I asked for it to be red purple and blue. Instead, it was mostly white. For decoration, I wanted the cake covered in flowers, but instead, she just made a bunch of stupid little swirls!And then, for some reason, instead of having it on a plastic tray with a lid to keep it fresh, she put it in a box! I had the worst birthday of my life, so I was really looking forward to my cake, but even that was screwed up. Thanks for making a bad day even worse!!!!

Easy to find products, usually well stocked. Prices are higher than Walmart. Usually easy to get in and out with what you need quickly.

Prices are a bit high, I pick up sales items if cost is on par with other places. Have to start watching expiration dates on items. I used to go here every week, but now it's kind of rare due to price. I have always had great service here though.

I love shopping at Cub but not this store. when I first drove up and saw only a few cars I was sad, thinking the store would close soon. Now I know why, none of the staff care. The deli counter has piles of precut meat and cheese, who knows how long that has been there. If you ask for something the person acts like you are an inconvenience. The bakery is a mess none of the donuts are labeled. At checkout several staff are standing around; find something to do or how about bag groceries when it is slow? With two other stores in close proximity I won't be back to this one.

Online pick-up is a joke. Waited almost 20 minutes for them to come out to my car, my son ended up having to go in the store to get our groceries. Paid for a service I didn't even get. Their cashiers can sure stand around and talk a lot, but their work ethic is horrible!

Do not do order pickup at this location! Tried it for the first time with Cub..got a text at 7:45 that my order was ready for pickup, I arrived at 8:00 to find out the order was never even started. I finally got my order at 8:40. Jayde who delivered my items to my car didn’t seem very apologetic either. What a waste of my time. I will be using Hyvee from now on if I ever need to do a pick-up order.

Produce is consistently awful - value to the shopper is low/non existent. SuperValu/Cub has been resting on their laurels since Rainbow left.I’ll be going to Aldi, target and HyVee from now on. Anywhere but cub. Such a shame.
