When building my PC I ran into BIOS and windows install issues. The owner took care of them and a fantastic rate and basically overnight. Highly recommend and if I have any other computer issues I know where to go now.

I’ve handled my own computer issues (both software and hardware) for years. But when my laptop would not start up and couldn’t even get the BIOS, I knew I needed help. I found Alex PC Tech on Google Maps, called him, and took it in. I suspected a memory problem and Alex offered 24-48 hr turnaround given parts availability, which is good because I needed it back in operation. I had it back the next day with new memory installed, no loss of data or programs, and no windows reinstall needed. I highly recommend this shop.

I called Alex PC Tech with my computer not booting up. I spoke with Geno who was extremely knowledgeable, helpful and professional. He immediately set up an appointment for the next day for me to bring in my CPU. Geno had the problem diagnosed and fixed in less than a day. I am very impressed with the service at Alex PC Tech and will be returning anytime my computer runs into problems. 5 Stars all-around.

I first heard of Alex PC Tech from Best Buy Geek Squad. He is doing good if geek squad recommends him. He fixed up my laptop great. He is very friendly, kind and knows what he is doing. Very knowledgeable.

He was fantastic! I couldnt get my computer to boot due to a broken USB after trying to rebuild it, brought it to a big name store where they said it would likely take weeks to get back. So I gave him a call, told him my situation, and 24 hours later, my computer is working again and he explained what went wrong, how to prevent it again, and put it back together for me. He was immensely helpful and I will be coming here for all future computer problems.

Id rate higher if it were possible. I got a Dell G5 laptop from him, he helped me out GREATLY with this purchase. Wouldnt have bought it from anywhere else. Geno is the best!

Very knowledgeable and experienced with computers. He knew the problem with my computer before I even told him what was wrong with it. He had a game plan to fix my laptop within an hour and wasted no time ordering parts. He even cleaned my machine for me inside and out! His pricing is excellent and saved me from buying a new laptop and spending over 2 thousand dollars. He had my machine fixed very quickly within a couple days of me dropping it off! He is kind, professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and skilled. You couldn't be in better hands for your computer needs!

Brought my laptop in when it shut down and wouldn't restart. Alex diagnosed the problem and got it running but recommended I replace it instead of pouring more money into the old machine. He got me a great deal on a new much better laptop I picked up a week later. Thanks!

My reliable trusty 10 year old Toshiba Satellite's hard drive finally failed to boot up today, so I took it to Geno at Alex pc for a diagnosis and sure enough within 5 minutes he knew what the problem was and offered to install an updated SSD. He then showed me the newest model Satellite from Dynabook with windows 11 installed for a very reasonable price. So I said go ahead and repair mine and I will also take the new one. So with parts, labor, new computer, operating system installed and taxes and in and out of the shop the same day for a grand total of $910.00, I see it as two new computers for $405.00 a piece plus a wealth of good advise from a seasoned veteran of the tech battles.Time is money, take it to Geno!
