Changed to 1 star now that they no longer work with ego anymore for servicing. One year ago I sent my mower out with ace and it was a flawless process. Issue with another mower this year and they now tell me they don't service the products anymore? EGO still thinks they do so I wasted my time driving and calling to ace stores to find that none in the metro area support ego service. don't buy an ego product here if you expect help with it in the future from them.

Higher prices but super close. Also, overly helpful. Let a middle aged fat guy wander the isles and daydream without constant questions...clearly my cargo shorts and tight t-shirt scream "Expert!"

I love this store. The staff are always extremely helpful, and I feel like they always have exactly what I need - even if they only carry a fraction of the inventory of the nearest big box store. Prices are also competitive. This is my go-to place when I need something quickly and don't want to wait in a long line or deal with a giant parking lot full of people trying to slow me down ?

Earlier on Friday, I made lefse with my son, cousin, and her kids. Let's say we're amateurs. I watched and researched some YouTube videos and Googled and found I need a square cut rolling pin. I already have the corrugated one. Google brought me to Ace Hardware, and black friday had an online deal of $15 off an item. So it was 22.99 plus tax= 24.86, and I paid for it using PayPal. An email was sent and available the next day at 730 am for pickup. I gave my name at the counter and was given a printed receipt and item put in a brown paper bag. The sale online was seamless and had great service in the store.
