I'm getting ghosted trying to pick up a gun part I ordered from palmetto state armory. And they're store hours are incorrect. Not open at the times googles say they are.

Loved it.Used the kiosk for business.Was walked through the process with a lot of assistance I didn't ask for. Very kind. Stayed for a little show n tell.I call it the post office ,because that where I go to buy stamps !!Thanks D for the pleasant experience

They did some cerakote several years ago for me at their old location and I had some engravings done today. Done in 15min while I waited. Talking with Dillon, I now understand why they have limited hours. Looking forward to doing more business with them in the future.

This is a Scam Operation. I paid them 100% up front for a silencer. They started the certification processes while I was in store but will not finish it. They have been un responsive to my calls and e mails for over a year.WARNNING DO NOT GIVE THESE GUY'S MONEY UP FRONT!!!

It appears that AccuTac Arms is now closed. I purchased an item on June 11, 2022 to be received at some point in the near future. I've emailed AccuTac on July 9 and July 23, 2022, but I've received no response. I've called AccuTac's phone number at least a dozen times during AccuTac's stated business hours, but nobody ever picked up the phone.Before June 11, 2022, my phone calls were answered. Staff were friendly and helpful over the phone and friendly when I went into the store in person on June 11.Update on September 20, 2022: My credit card company investigated and refunded the purchase price. I still have not heard from AccuTac Arms.

Good luck getting to get a hold of them with questions about your items. Phone calls go to voice mail, emails go unanswered, social media messages go ignored.

Best firearms shop within 50 miles. As previous reviews have noted, limited hours are not ideal (we can all thank a democrat for paying people not to go back to work,) but that being said, the service, staff, and reasonable prices are second to none.
