Was headed east to WI on a Friday late morning and had two of 4 boat trailer tires go flat on I-94 just short of MN95. Limped off exit ramp and fortunately found this shop not far off highway. Kevin the front service manager was super nice and reassuring as he located 4 new trailer tires nearby. We unhooked trailer and went to pick up tires and Kevin and his garage tech team worked us into their schedule and actually got us on the road by 3pm! Very fortunate circumstances led us to Lucky Dog Garage! Thanks so much! Highly recommended!

Lucky dog garage was extremely helpful when we broke down on a road trip and were able to get parts and fix within hours, can’t thank this shop enough! Everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.

**edit after shop replied; this gaslighting is why the truck isn’t fixed. How many Lucky Dog Garages are down the street from me in Lakeland Mn with a population of 1650 people? I’ve attempted to have it “made right” a few times for other repairs, but was also charged for the issues anyway. After years of this, it was time to share my story.**
Bought a truck from the owner of the garage which turned out to be a lemon. I initially brought it in MULTIPLE times to have sensors replaced or diagnosed, paying each time, before finally paying to have the emissions deleted to avoid replacing everything. THAT wasn’t done right and had to have another shop fix their welds and find that the engine light was for a weak turbo! By now I’ve blown my cash and spent MONTHS without the truck. I was asked to give the shop another chance after they heard through the grapevine I was dissatisfied. So I paid to have them replace rear brakes which took a really long time for some reason. My spouse mentioned a grinding while using the truck a few times for hauling hay while I was gone for work. I visit the shop and describe the issue only to be told that it’s been too many months passed and it’s probably just rust. The fact I’ve been gone and very little miles had been put on made no difference. Then the transmission blew.
In my attempts to avoid Lucky Dog garage, I’ve had trouble finding locals to take that large of a vehicle into their shop for the transmission. Between finding someone and getting the parts, it’s been nearly 2 years since it’s been driven.
Today I pulled the tires off to replace the pads to find the caliper and rotor are destroyed from the dragging. Turns out my wife wasn’t delusional as the mechanics wanted us to think. They unapologetically did the brakes wrong and weren’t willing to double check their work when I returned.
You will be taken advantage of if you’re not knowledgeable enough or not assertive enough to stand up to them.

Excellent customer service!Had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin and Ty with Lucky dog garage, I am beyond impressed.The service offered went above and beyond any expectations I had, they did quality work for a fraction of the cost.Unlike stores such as valvoline, they did not try to upsell me. Instead chraged me less than I anticipated.
