Dr Heather saved our 15 year old husky Lola's life . Lola was very bad off until Dr heather figured out her medicine . Been going there for 8 years for preventive heath care , prescriptions , dog food , Everyone their treats Lola's like a Queen , and us like royalty . They always got Our Backs if you love your pets don't take a chance taking them anywhere else !! Thanks so much Mike Schultz

This was the first time inside with my one year-old puppy since Covid and the staff was so super friendly and so loving to my fur baby. It was a very pleasant experience and they’re very loving.

I just had to put my 17 year old fur baby down and they were amazing!! They have taken such good care of him and us over the years I would never ever go anywhere else!!!!!

Dr. Winter and the staff are truly awesome! They have helped Precious with adjusting to her meds so that her quality of life is so much better. I have had acupuncture done on Precious which really helped her arthritis ~ I can’t wait to resume those visits. They have been fast to respond to any of my concerns. They are always friendly and loving toward Precious. They were recommended to me by a high school friend and I am so grateful to her for it. Precious and I highly recommend Dr. Winter and her staff.

My dogs have been treated by this vet for several years. Both Dr. Johnson & Dr. Heather are wonderful, caring & knowledgeable. The entire staff is great. It's a small practice, so they really get to know you & your pets. Fair prices too, and they don't try to push extra tests or treatments. Highly recommend. I'm very shocked by the previous bad review. One of my dogs had a painful, broken tooth also, and they took care of it right away.

Velo loves going to Dr. Fairbairn. She smothers him with treats and examines him without restraint, patiently taking her time and working with our incredibly shy dog. She has provided us with lots of good advice and she always reaches out to her network if we want some reassurance or if she thinks someone else might have expertise where she doesn't. Her staff is always helpful and accommodating. The rates are very reasonable especially compared with several of the other Woodbury Vet clinics. Try Dr. Heather, you will be happy you did.

UNDEPENDABLE AND SCAMMY! This place has no respect for this customer. I took my dogs here multiple times and every time was something else. First, They scheduled an appt for my dogs to be seen by a vet who fills in and they didn't even tell me when I made the appt. Then, I needed a quote for extracting a broken tooth - quoted me $790-$875 and they couldn't do it for 5 weeks! So my dog would have to suffer and wait! While I waited for their vet assistant to get this quote ready, I called 3 other vets in my area that would do the whole thing for $600 and that includes an exam since my dog isn't a reg patient. These other vet offices quoted me right away when I called, didn't have to call back while they "worked on their numbers". What's even more ridiculous every one of the other vets would make sure they got us in within 2 weeks so she wouldn't remain in pain too long! Lakeland Veterinary gave me 5 week wait don't care that my dog is suffering?? Quoted me $200-$300 higher?? What a disgrace. ***Got Izzy's tooth extracted and all her teeth cleaned yesterday and she's doing great! Only had to wait 5 days and paid $600 total at Scenic Hills Animal Hospital, my new veterinary.
