It's nice to have a meat shop that you can trust. Everything is very clean and neat. You can see the butcher cutting meat at the back which is also a pleasure. You know everything is very fresh. We especially like the brats that we buy from The Butcher Shop. They are meaty and have very little shrinkage when barbecued or broiled. Everything seems to have such wonderful flavor. Maybe it's just in my mind because it has come from a butcher shop nice and fresh. If you live in the area or are traveling through. Be sure to stop at The Butcher Shop in Lakefield

We tried a little bit of everything in their retail fridge/freezer. Steak, jalapeño cheddar brats, 2 kinds of beef sticks, beef jerky, and even dog treats! To say we were pleased is an understatement- everything was well priced and full of flavor! The owners Jericho and Jordan are both such great people and will continue to have our patronage!

Have never tried them before...We just picked up our processed hog and all I can say is "WOWZA!" They cut to order and have a large variety of different cuts and flavors!! Found Our New Locker!! Thank You❤️
