We were customers here for over ten years. But the owner treated us so rudely during a recent transaction that we will never bring our business here again.

They are very rude and act as if they are doing you a favor unless you are handing them money at the time. Anyone can stay in business around here evidently.

Paid a 1032.00 $ for a pontoon jetski and fishing boat in storage we have stored in years past and bought a pontoon lift from Ed's and other things have had oil changes for jetski and pontoon, my parents have stored their pontoon and purchased a pontoon from them yet were treated rudely and unfriendly several times and when were asking for the location of our boats we get no response when they did respond the message was "we need 7 to 10 day notice for getting your boats ".......very unhappy!

Our family has been happily dealing with Ed & Mary for all our recreational boating, Jetski & dock sales and service with zero issues. Professional, proactive, honest and kind. We wouldn't consider working with anyone else in the lakes area and would recommend them to anyone looking for the same type of long-term mutual trust based relationship. They get a 5 star rating from us.

We have used used Eds Marine over a few years now, I have to write this to tell u how awesome and carry his wife and him are, over the past year my health has been very bad and they had noticed my boat still in my drive way at the cabin and gave my a courtesy call to make sure all was ok and if I needed my boat picked up and winterized and stored for the winter, they are what more communities need! You two along with your boys are the real deal! Thank you Eds Marine!

Heads up! Just because you pay for internal storage doesn't mean it's kept inside and out of the elements. If your boat is the first one out in April because it's "in the way," your boat will remain out until you pick it up. Then, if they don't bother to look that they knocked down your canopy extension rod when moving the boat, all the rain from then on will funnel into your boat and create a beautiful mold concoction. Their response is "I've got 540 boats and pontoons to move every spring, too bad you trusted us!" Bottom line, find somewhere else to store your boat that actually wants your business or shrink wrap it and leave it outdoors. All it would have taken is a little communication so I would have known that my boat was outside and taking on water. Now I've got to reupholster most of the boat.
