“I have never been so happy after leaving a shop before. After all the money I spent today I was skeptical that they did not do what they quoted me! Karl has been super honest and knowledgeable. I feel that a lot of auto shops take an advantage of women not knowing about cars. The auto shop on Conway sent me pictures of my vehicle and the maintenance information. Sent me quotes via email. Explained my bill to me. I can say that I am very satisfied. I don’t like dropping my car off to shops and like to be there when they work on it, but today I took a chance and the results was worth it. Drives like new and have no complaints.”
“I recently took my 2016 Dodge Journey here for a variety of issues. The guys at Master Tech Auto were all great. They fixed my car and all its issues and for a great price! As a single mom who doesn’t know anything about cars, I have been nervous about taking my car anywhere because I don’t want to get ripped off or taken advantage of. I was so relieved to finally found a place to take my car to and I don’t have to worry anymore! They explained everything wrong with my car and even let me go back in the shop to show me one of the parts that had fallen off that was causing so much noise! “Just stopped in for a tire rotation and balancing. Brandon helped me and got me in and out super quick. Also, they identified that one of my rims was bent (I damaged it prior to coming in) and they were able to bend it back for me which was very much appreciated being that I didnt want to purchase a new rim unless I absolutely had to. He also went over some options in case it did cause problems down the road. Really appreciate these guys going the extra mile; I will be back for sure!”

They work hard to not rip you off, And even the expensive repair seems cheap here.On top of being very cost-effective they do excellent work, I've had transmissions replaced here, regular maintenance done, and just about every repair I can imagine, never have issues afterward. They'll even install your own parts if you purchase them, which I did with a catalytic converter one year.Just amazing guys!!”

Brought in my vehicle for a check engine light diagnostic and they not only got that figured out but they also were able to troubleshoot and repair a loud exhaust for way less than the dealer had quoted out for repair. “We needed a new tire for our scissors lift trailer - we originally stopped at Wheelco, but they don’t do tires. They recommended Royal, so we buzzed over. They were great - let me bring the tire, in, they were able to patch it and even though they were under no obligation to do so, they honored the other store's road hazard coverage, Great place! Good, quick service and friendly, honest staff!”
