Unbelievable! Hannah and Chris were absolutely amazing! Karen at Carriage Realty was truly exceptional. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with Carriage Reality since I was set on buying in Stillwater and I'm so thankful I did.Carriage Realty's responsiveness was incredible. Karen was ALWAYS available for home tours. She highlighted the pros and cons of several different homes we looked at. She set up a strategy on how to buy the house I loved in a market where there was hardly any inventory. She had a purchase agreement on the table in less than 24 hours of us looking at the house.She really had my best interests in mind. Their cool and calm mindset gave me the confidence they would get the job done - and they did! I will be eternally grateful that they helped me find my beautiful home.

It was a pleasure working with Claudia! She was responsive throughout the process and was extremely knowledgeable, which was helpful for a first-time homebuyer.
