We do a lot of business with American Flag & Flag Pole of Lake Elmo, both for our business that has a flag pole & for our volunteer project (Veteran's Memorial). We always enjoy working with Matt & his staff & would highly recommend the company for flags and / or flag poles. The flags they source are so much higher quality than what we can get at the big box stores locally.

I am a long time customer of American Flagpole and Flag Co. Their customer service is exceptional and they sell high quality products. Their employees have extensive knowledge of all types of flags and flagpoles. I highly recommend this company!

A shipping company that American Flag and Flag Pole uses never attempted to deliver my flagpole. It was sent back to Minneapolis. Matt working on using another shipping company to deliver my custom flagpole.

Terrible company to deal with. We have been waiting 2 months for our credit. Now they want to charge us for shipping..Do yourself a favor and find someplace else.

As soon as they get your money you never hear from them again. Really upsetting to have this type of service from a company that sells flags and adversities that they are made in the USA. Really Heartbreaking.

Wonderful customer service. I placed my order in the morning and the flag shipped same day. They also sent an email with tracking information.So important for me as it is for my deceased nephew who served honorably in The US Navy.Thank you American Flag Co!

I paid expedited shipping to ensure an item would arrive in time for a gift, as the shipping time for standard shipping was vague at best. It is now past the time I should have received my item and I don't even have a shipping notification. All I received was an email stating the order "has been marked complete on our side." I took a chance on a local retailer, but next time will go back to Amazon.

I had to ask several questions about the flagpole before I ordered and even more as we were getting ready to install it (25 ft. with internal halyard). All of my questions were answered promptly, and they sent a new PDF of instructions as well. Flagpole arrived when expected, it was packaged very well, and all parts were included and also well packaged. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend American Flagpole if you are in the market for poles, flags or accessories.

We purchased a 30foot flag pole and had it shipped to Washington when it arrived it was damaged. The flag company (although responsive to emails) would not assist in the repair or replacement nor the shipping company they used. The delivery was video taped (as we had to use a company to house such a large delivery) however neither company would take ownership for the damage. Both blame each other. So that leaves me with a very expensive flagpole that needs a serious repair in order to be used. I do not recommend this company nor do I recommend their shipping company Old Dominion Freight.
