I needed an emergency repair for a hot wheel hub. I bought the camper elsewhere but it didn’t matter to them. They got it in and fixed the problem the same day. They informed me every step of the way and showed great concern. Excellent service department from front desk to the mechanics

Very good service
Out of 5 RV dealers that I called 3 of which were 24 hour mobile service shops Krobetz lakeside campers was the only one that returned my phone call.

We had a concern with the roof on our Grand Design fifth wheel. I talked to Laura and Brian to set up my appointment. They were extremely friendly and efficient. When I went to drop my camper off Laura said hello, and remembered me from a year ago and greeted me by name. I dropped it off on a Tuesday and work was completed by end of the next day. I’ve had my camper serviced at Kroubetz three times since moving here from out of state, and I can guarantee you, this service department is the best I’ve ever worked with. Friendly, efficient and they show they care about you. As Laura stated when I dropped our camper off, “We will take care of your baby,” and that’s exactly what they did!

I recently purchased a Grand Design 5th wheel from Kroubetz and worked with Micah. The everyone we worked with at the dealer was very kind and attentive to our needs.
I was looking nation wide to get the best deal possible on the model we wanted and they had a new 2023 model that was the best price I could find in the nation. We live in Florida and they were able to handle all of the details for being an out of state purchaser.
This was our first RV purchase and I am really glad we went with a family owned business. I had shopped some of the big box dealers and the experience we had with them wasn't even close to the level Micah gave us.
They are also apart of the Route 66 group which is a program that gives you priority access to maintenance and repair stations all across the US. We plan on doing longer trips so this was a big plus in my mind.
If you're I the market for an RV new or used give them a chance and you won't be disappointed. I will be calling Micah back when we get our next RV!
