Wanted to give someone besides the dealer in kato business, but I not willing to leave my machine at a shop for a week just waiting for them to get around to it. I can't believe any service shop can operate that way. No appointments. Drop off you machine and just wait.... how about no!

Nothing but scammers working there went to buy a snowmobile ask him if we could take it for a test run and he said because of insurance purposes no who would buy something if they can't do a test run
