Very friendly people that are eager to help. I went in to get a watchband replaced and the young lady who assisted me was very helpful and friendly. The store is very well laid out and in a very lovely location. I would recommend anyone in the area to check them out.

I would not recommend this shop. I had a ring reset by them. The workmanship was poor. I was charged well over $1000.00. When I voiced my dissatisfaction, they refused to stand by their by their work. I now have an expensive ring that sits in my drawer because I am afraid the stones will fall out. Is this the way a customer should be treated? I would not trust them.

Super pleased with pricing and service. Worth the trip from the Cities. I recently purchased some earrings as a Push Present for my wife. I did my homework before calling Steve (the owner). His pricing was below the other jewelers and Blue Nile. Happily, the service was also really good. Calls were always returned within hours; which was nice because I'm cheap and needed a little extra hand holding when spending this kind of money. If you head down from MSP, take the Great River Road. Its a bit of a long drive, but at least it's pretty. The money I saved made it worth my time.
