They were polite and explained everything to me. I brought my 1 adult female and her 2 kittens to be fixed. They got their shots and micro chips as well. They even sent pain medicine for the 2 females. I am so grateful that Lake Pepin in conjunction with Hiawatha humane society aided in helping make this happen for my cats. I had rescued the mother cat and then she was pregnant. I kept 2 kittens and now they can grow up with their mother and bond as brother and sister too. Thank you Hiawatha and Lake Pepin for helping make that happen.

I'm new to the area and called and set up a appointment to bring my 2 kittens in next week for there shots. Well on a walk with my 3 grandchildren we found a very small kitty with a gaping hole in its neck and it's paw has some damage. So we hurried and brought it here. We were meet by a very unfriendly, uncaring receptionist Dawn, who had the attitude of not wanting to be bothered by this poor hurt kitten. So we left and I found the other Vet clinic in town All small Creatures, I believe its was called. She showed such compassion for this tiny kitten, informed me all the vets were in Red Wing for some conference. She called Red Wing Clinic set up appointment paid the bill. So Lake Pepin Clinic you can keep the $50.00 deposit because there is no way I will be bring my 4 pet kids to a clinic with the first person you meet is rude and uncaring!! Hopefully the Doctors are not this way, but I won't be finding out if they are or aren't. Shame on you!!

They are always willing to work with my second requests without any anger or frustration and fulfill my prescription within 30 minutes time. Fast reliable and easy to deal with.
