i have only had this problem recently (2nd visit in 3 months) at the La Crescent subway... the meatballs in marinara sauce are served cold, and only get slightly warm when they go in the bread toaster. the problem with them not sitting in the warm sauce is that they are hard and flavorless... they don't pick up any of the spices in the sauce, and as i said previously, are cold and hard. this is basic italian cooking 101... the meat has to simmer in the sauce until served! i have a hard decision to make if i want subway again from this location...

What they lack in selection they make up for with friendly smiles and good service. You will feel welcome there. ???.
