“4 stars for how minimally they investigate stolen mail. Other than that the employees in the office always do their job in a professional and polite way. They are very helpful over the phone or in the office question wise and they try to do what you ask. Every package I've shipped with them left and delivered fast. My experience when I had mail stolen or never even show up however, they would tell me it delivered and that's it. No real investigation.”
