Although I didn’t have my car serviced at this particular shop, my used car dealership, where I initially purchased my vehicle, did. Despite not being their direct customer, I reached out a couple of times to inquire about the work done on my car. Surprisingly, the mechanic was incredibly accommodating and patiently addressed all my concerns. As a fellow flat-rate mechanic, I understand the value of every moment in our profession, yet the owner of the shop graciously took the time to personally assist me over the phone, providing thorough explanations and answers. His kindness and professionalism ensured I had all the necessary information to communicate effectively with my dealership regarding my car.

I was told he did good work. When my van broke down and then broke down again and had to be fixed by someone else because of the work he did, he did not want to own up to his mistake that could have ended much worse then it did for my son and I. He placed blame, was rude and cost me 3 times what it should have if the initial work was done correctly. I do not recommend dresbach auto for anything not even an oil change or tire rotation. Make sure to double check your lugnuts. Literally two people recently had their wheels fall off... I also heard a lady had her brakes fail. On top of costing a small fortune he was mean and demeaning when it was him who should have apologized...

Absolutely terrible experience at this repair shop. I wouldnt recommend coming here to anyone. The owner Tim is an extremely rude and condescending man. I ended up taking my vehicle elsewhere to be repaired. I apologise I am NOT a mechanic and do not need to be one to have my vehicle repaired but according to the owner I need more knowledge on vehicles and he was very rude! That's what I wanted to pay him for is his knowledge on repairing my car.... Never have I ever in my 60 years been treated so badly when I only wanted to support a local business. I was here a few years ago with a breakdown off the interstate and it was so much different. The employees were courteous and fixed my vehicle in a timely manner. Too bad this shop isn't what it used to be. I recently moved closer to family and was looking for a good reliable repair shop. How disappointing!
