“Hitting a deer is never a good experience, however, Weber's made the entire process of getting our car fixed as easily and pain free as possible. Some parts were on backorder and one body panel came in warped during shipping, but they wouldn't allow that part to be used. Their standards of quality and perfection is amazing! It took a little longer to get everything fixed than we had hoped, due to some parts being on backorder (not their fault) and with them wanting to make sure everything was perfect when it was completed, but the whole experience has been great. They are very communicative and accommodating with helping us getting our vehicle back to the way it was before the accident. “The whole team at Caliber is an absolute pleasure to work with! Tracy, the receptionist, is hands down the most friendly person I think I’ve ever talked to in my entire life. She is such a pleasure to talk to and work with. The amount of empathy and people skills she has are so valuable. Mike was also just amazing to work with. He was honest, accountable, and dependable with the information he provided throughout my car’s time in the shop - from the inspection all the way to the finish line. My car had some pretty extensive damage, requiring several hours of work, and I honestly wasn’t even sure if I would be able to bring it home again. But the Caliber team brought it back to life and the car looks brand new! Just absolutely beautiful! There was a lot of delay with some parts, which I know did create frustration for all parties, but they kept me in the know every step of the way and handled everything so gracefully. His enthusiasm for the sport and the children is beyond explanation. His attention to detail is why they were 43 wins and 3 loses (amazing record). Not only did he train them as a very high-level playing team, but Tyler also consistently mentored them in treating people with respect and to be gentlemen (we need more of this in the world).
