We bought a car from here recently and got a pretty good deal on a low mileage vehicle. The guy that worked with us while we were test driving and buying the car was also very nice to work with and helped us get a good interest rate on our loan. When we asked if there were any issues with the car, he said that they had looked over the car and didn’t notice anything wrong with it. That being said, within 3 months after buying the car we were slapped with an array of issues. It was a VW so we took it to VW dealership to get serviced and they told us that our suspension bushings, head gasket, and sunroof drainage tubes all had to be replaced. We asked the workers at the dealership how long this car seems to have had these issues, they said that they were in such rough condition that they should’ve been replaced a year ago. They said that whoever sold us the car wouldn’t have been able to miss these issues if they looked it over and sold it to us knowing about all these problems. In total it’s cost us $4800 to fix. I wouldn’t trust them when they say a vehicle has no issues and take it to a separate mechanic to get checked out before buying.

It was a pleasure working with Kourtney at Apple Auto. Had some financing things to work out and he was patient, kind, and a problem solver. The car is great and came at a reasonable price. I Also came from WI and they had the WI plates there. It was a relatively smooth process.

We drove from Iowa to see a few cars in our price range that we were very limited in our local area. Kortney was a straight shooter which we appreciated. We love our 2016 BMW X3 and so far so good!!

Spent good money on what I thought was a good pick up truck(2016 Ford F-150 w/ 5.0) turns out it’s one of the biggest lemons ever. 2 weeks into owning it it showed a code for the catalyst system and started a service light for charging system. I took it in to have it looked at and they told me it’s possibly a VVT sensor but could get as bad as cam phasers and they have no clue what’s really wrong. Also couldn’t tell me why it has a charging system service light. They then tried to swindle me by saying it’s normally $700 but we feel bad so I’ll give you a deal at $400. Called a few local mechanics highest quote I was given was hundreds less. You would think a dealership that stands by their product would fix it with no charge after less than 2000 miles and a months ownership after driving it off the lot. I also was given attitude and hung up on when I mentioned not having them fix it and that I would do it myself and or have my lawyer involved to proceed with Minnesotas lemon law. All in all this place is an absolute sham and would 10/10 never buy from this “dealership” ever if I was anyone reading this.

Bought my vehicle from Apple in late winter and had a great buying experience.
Recently took it in for “minor” maintenance which turned into a more extensive and labor intense issue.
Brian and his crew worked nonstop, digging deeper to pinpoint the problem and resolve the issue.
I also appreciated how he updated me throughout and explained to me what was going on, rather than just leaving me to wait.
At one point, even offered me a ride home if I was unable to wait any longer.
But, the issue was resolved, repaired and I was on my way.
I’m very impressed with my experience there and very appreciative.

Highly recommend this dealer. Great cars for reasonable prices. We bought a Mercedes and driving it for 2 months I am absolutely impressed! 2010 E 350 55K miles for $9K The car is in imacculant condition, Garage kept, no scratches, interior like new!!!

Was having problems with my VW. Got multiple quotes from other shops and the dealership. Brian and everyone at Apple Auto were straight up, gave me a great price and fixed it right. Highly recommend them!

I bought my car from Apple Auto and it was a great experience. I was very nervous because my previous car had broken down unexpectedly, and I was worried that buying a vehicle would break my bank account. Not only were their vehicles reasonably priced, but their customer service was awesome. Brandon helped me out with looking at vehicle options and finding me a low interest rate on my loan. I would highly recommend getting a vehicle from Apple Auto.

Bought my 2013 VW Tiguan there from Brian. Great guy and the process went very smooth. I didn't purchase the warranty and there was a problem with the water pump that happened a little bit after I bought it and they fixed the $1200 job for no charge. Would recommend them to anyone looking for a good car or to repair theirs!

Dave is the person I dealt with and was very pleasant and honest about the work I needed done on my car. It was done the same day, which included a purge valve and a starter. I appreciate all that made this happen.

Do not trust these people. They may tell you not to worry about something, but they’re lying. Depending on who you deal with, they’re either dishonest, foolish, or maliciously aggressive. Good luck to anyone else who has to work with them. Go literally anywhere else.
