“Extremely Helpful and Friendly Customer Service! I am visiting from out of state and had a package delivered to the family lake cabin. Unbeknownst to me, the home is not set-up to receive USPS deliveries. Instead of sending the package back to the sender, the postal employee took the time to call me and let me know that my package had arrived, and offered to hold it for me at the post office. When I arrived, the box turned out to be too heavy for me to lift, so the postal worker offered to carry it to my car. Just fabulous service and the epitome of "Minnesota Nice." Wish my post office back home was as kind and helpful as the one in South Haven. Thank you!”
