“The new credit union is nice inside and out. They have ITMs in the drive-through. They are interactive teller machines, this means you aren't interacting with the teller inside the credit union, but rather with someone on the screen located elsewhere. They are very easy to use and you can conduct several different kinds of transactions. I utilize this the most as it is convenient for my busy schedule. The crew members when I do go inside are always helpful and knowledgeable about whatever needs I have. Highly recommend credit unions for loans and small-town service.”
“I like using this bank for my personal accounts. The only issue I have is that the change rolls we get for the business I work at are always taped up. The tape makes it difficult for me and my coworkers to unravel the rolls and takes up more time than necessary to do so. I would be very appreciative if there was a way for you guys to have tape-free change rolls like you used to, but I also understand if it's out of your jurisdiction.”

“Have used the folks at US Bank for over a decade now, and have handled a couple mortgages and my personal and business banking accounts there. I've always had excellent customer service from them. Lately, during the Covid restrictions, doing my banking in the drive through has been an inconvenience with only one teller operating at peak hours (lunch break), leading to long lines and wait times. I've often spent half my lunch break trying to make a deposit. They've also adjusted their hours so that they close early and are closed during another hour during the day - makes it challenging for folks that work during business hours. Adding an additional teller to the drive through at peak times would be a major plus!”
“Everyone is very kind and welcoming! One of the new gals in front is a little rude and has a harsh attitude but overall a great place to go. Best place in Hibbing to go for an auto loan! Love their Christmas savings accounts also.”
