Absolutely the worst customer service! The staff is rude and needs to be educated on pharmacy hipaa and Confidentiality laws! They literally shouted my address and insurance information across the pharmacy.

Do not use this pharmacy they do not know what they are doing was told 3 times my prescription was ready and was not. Said they would deliver but never came. Don't think anyone knows what they are doing should be closed down.

They don't ever get things right. I've had to show my insurance card twice & still don't have it on file. Paid 93$ for a prescription cause they said I was self pay. Time for a new pharmacy!

Would give it zero stars if I could. Just moved to the area, got out of surgery two days ago. Asked HyVee Pharmacy to call my old pharmacy to transfer everything. (since that’s what I was told to do) Whoever I spoke to 10/18 was really rude and seemed like she didn’t want to help at all. Called today 10/19 to see what was going on and her name was Annette. And all I got from her was attitude. Won’t be taking my business here anymore. If you don’t like your job and want to help others maybe you should quit? Just saying.

I hate going here. The meds are never ready for pick-up, even five days later. They always act like the just received the order. And the wait time for the counter is unacceptable. I don't understand how I only have to wait maybe three minutes tops if the Stewartville pharmacy has a chatty customer, but I consider it a miracle if I can get to the front of the line in 20 minutes in Kasson.

This is the worse pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. I called a medication over 2 weeks ago and it still hasn’t been filled. I’ve had to call 5 times yet it still isn’t done. I’m done using Hy-Vee’s pharmacy, I’m switching to Mayo Clinic’s. It’s a shame that Webber and Judd wasn’t still in town never had this issue with them.

I called in a prescription on a Tuesday. The automated voice said it would be ready by 10 am Wednesday. I sent my husband to the pharmacy at 12 pm Wednesday and it wasn't ready. I went there at 5 pm to try to pick it up and it wasn't ready. They said they'd try to get it in by the time they closed. Finally got my prescription at 545 pm Wednesday. The people at the counter are nice enough but whoever is running the bottling of pills is doing an awful job.

This is the most unorganized pharmacy with the rudest staff. Don't have your things sent here if you want medication on a regular basis. You guys are absolutely ridiculous. If we at the clinic made our customers wait over a half hour for bottles, we'd be fired.

Multiple times now, I have had medication sent to this pharmacy. I have called and confirmed that the prescriptions have been ready ahead of time, usually talking to Jody, the manager, and every single time I get there, there is some kind of excuse given. "Oh, the prescription we just spoke about on the phone that we told you would be ready isn't actually ready, you're going to have to wait another day now." Do mental health meds that need to be taken mean nothing to you guys? Does it mean nothing to you when people are sick and just want to get their prescription and get home instead of repeatedly going into public sick because you guys never have prescriptions together? This is the most unorganized pharmacy ever. And then you give us attitude and treat us like we're stupid even though, I know for a fact, I just spoke to you over the phone and you confirmed it would be ready. Don't waste your time here, go somewhere else. This place is a joke.

Some of the staff just don't seem to care. The pharmacy tech or pharmacist not sure who she is but very unprofessional. Rude, questions orders from physician, and not sure she knows what she is doing. She is the one with the multiple hair colors. Hyvee your better than to hire staff like that. If nothing else make some of the people take a customer service class.

Frequent problems with prescriptions here. Do not recommend. We were given epipens with another patient’s name on it and also another patient’s antibiotic prescription. I did not report these HIPAA violations to the state but should have considering it has happened on more than one occasion and we have few prescriptions. It is a convenient location but prescription errors and sharing PHI is unacceptable.

They put the wrong dosage on my prescription instructions. Not the first mistake they have made and when you have to deal with them on an issue they are very crabby and really not interested in being helpful.

Several times I refilled a prescription only to be told when I went to pick it up that I need to speak to my provider. They knew this ahead of time, but didn't call me about it. I asked them about it, and they told me they don't do call you to tell you that. Really? You don't call a customer when a script can't be refilled because a person needs to speak with their provider to let them know it's not available?They also close from 1:30-2pm every day for lunch. Makes no sense why they can't stagger employee lunches like any other business so they can be open during that time.The staff has always been friendly at least.

Worst place ever, Very rude and they always forget medications when they deliver DONT GO HERE! choose Walgreens instead!
