After reading the reviews, it seemed like mixed opinions among the client base. With that said, I decided to keep an open mind and give MN Garage Toyz a try with purchasing my first Polaris Ranger UTV. Here’s the story: The first contact to them listed a day and time (2:30) that I would come to view a Ranger they had for sale (after first verifying it was still available), and it was agreed the product would be held until arrival. Upon arrival, a Facebook message was received (sent by MN Toyz at around 1:30…at which point I was on the road) stating the product was sold to someone. A phone call was made to the individual, who promptly picked up the phone, and I tried to gain understanding as to why it wasn’t held. The story was that there were so many messages it was hard to keep straight, which made sense to me. I just wish it would have been communicated that it’s a first come first serve basis rather than having agreed to hold until viewing it. This was the first chapter of the story. The second chapter goes like this. We chatted for quite awhile (which both individuals are very friendly and polite), and they took note of the criteria I was looking for in a ranger and the price point. The next day they messaged me with what seemed like a decent find and fit the criteria, so we set up a viewing. They mentioned a few things, like a cracked windshield and some stickers coming off so I appreciated the honesty. After looking at it and test driving it, it felt good so we agreed to a deal. The individual I worked with was super helpful and even let me borrow his own personal trailer to transport the Ranger home. I was stunned by the customer service. Unfortunately, not even 5 hours after getting the Ranger home, the engine killed and the performance suffered drastically. I drove it around the neighborhood for about a half hour before this happened. Not being an expert mechanic, I took it to a Polaris dealership immediately to address the issue. Low and behold, it had a bad throttle body, wiring issues from a mouse nest having been made in the engine, a broken dump box shock, broken zerk fitting, a broken clutch cover, bad clutch belt, and a broken shield silencer. So after an initial $20,000 investment on a 2017 Polaris ranger 1000 with mid to low miles, an additional $3000 needed to be spent in parts and labor to get it to proper working conditions. This was unpleasant as a product of this caliber should be in working order before being offered on the open market, especially from a dealer. I understand some things can be hard to identify, but after calling and filling MN Garage Toyz in on the situation, there seemed to be no indication of cost sharing the expense to fix the Ranger. It was a very poor experience and they clearly do not want what's best for the customers...only to make a quick profit.

My name is Jeremy Jones and this is my review. This place is a joke. Bought a 2008 GMC Sierra in April 2020. The communication is not there at all this guy never calls or returned texted. I had to fight for 3 months to get my plates and the title for my truck witch after 2 months the motor in the truck went out. I had to threaten him with a lean on his business just to get my plates. I hade to send the guy a picture of the screw up he made on the title application ( had the wrong VIN number for the truck) other than that he had the wrong title at hand. He is never at the dealership or has anyone working there to take calls. I do not recommend ANYONE TO THIS SH** hole.

I am a seasoned car buyer and this was the worst experience. It is not my job to make sure the paperwork to transfer the title is done correctly. Phone calls were not returned. Once they had my money the mister nice guy persona disappeared. I had in push to get the plates. I had to call the DMV myself and got the title 9 months after I paid for the vehicle. SMH.

I really enjoyed speaking and dealing with Tim. Zero qualms about his integrity. I definitely trusted him to have my best interests in mind. I appreciated his honesty and how up front he was about things that would impact my purchase. I highly recommend him!

I can't express my gratitude towards everyone at Minnesota Garage Toys. This was the best experience I have ever had purchasing a new vehicle. Tim was extremely accommodating and so helpful. He went out of his way to assist me and was very trustworthy and friendly. I will definately be referring friends to them!

Made promises that they didn't keep, misleading pictures, won't go back

I can't say enough about how helpful Tim was here. He responded quickly to my initial email (after 9pm), and continued to do so. Once I was able to schedule a test drive due to my schedule oh, he was really patient in Waiting For me even though I was running really behind. He answered all my questions there which really showed his expertise in Volkswagens especially the diesel models. This wasn't a stressful or pressured environment. Afterwards I chose to go a different route but he continued to offer services in any support!

This place and the people here deserve way better review rating. I just bought a fantastic car of my dreams from them, a true diamond in the rough after looking at and driving many similar cars. Brandon initially treated me like gold via text messages and then Jason met me at their garage/office and completed the sale like a walk in the park. These people know how to sell vehicles right. I was turned down by 3 other finance institutions due to old Verizon phone contract I sent to collections due to surprise charges on my Verizon bill 3 years ago. These guys connected me with decent approved financing 1st time. Even the finance company treated me like gold.☺
