Very disappointed. 3 weeks ago I stopped at the Jordan store. I'd been looking for a patio swing. After looking at one on display I purchased a 5' wide swing that was suspended from a A frame.Thought I was purchasing the entire swing," it cost over $1,000.00 ". What was delivered was the seat and a box of hardware, chain and what not. At the time of purchase nothing was said about purchasing the A frame separately. I didn't feel the need to ask, just thought I was purchasing the same item that was on display.I guess That's my bad. I won't be returning to buy any accessories.

This furniture is Great! We have a table-bench-and four chairs. We have had ours for 12 years in Pennsylvania and Arizona, so it has seen extreme climates. Their Customer Service is even better than their furniture. Just had an issue with one glider separating on the back slats. We have two new back pieces being shipped our way within 24 hours of contacting the company.

By the Yard has beautiful high quality products. I owned two of the glider rockers prior to my recent purchase. They are well built, durable, stylish and comfortable. For my recent purchase, I had the pleasure of working with Brenda, a sales associate at By The Yard. Her customer service and attention to the details was amazing. In this day and age, it is rare to find employees and businesses that make the customer feel so special and have a high-quality product as well. I have had chairs, tables and benches for more than 15 years. I live on a prairie and they are outside year around. They still look like new. I have 16 pieces in all. Color is true, sturdy and they don't blow away. They have been great to deal with.

We recently moved from Minnesota to Florida. We shopped all over our new area and could not find the same quality as By the Yard. So we ordered a number of pieces to be delivered to our new home in Florida at a very small fee. Everything went very smoothy! All our furniture arrived in a timely manner and in great shape. We did have to assemble the furniture but that process was very simple. By the Yard did an outstanding job getting our furniture to us and the assemble was easy. We will be ordering more furniture for delivery to Florida very soon.

We absolutely love our By The Yard outdoor furniture. Our backyard fire pit wasn’t inviting at all until we got rid of our folding camp chairs added some Adirondack chairs. We were glad we went with the version that has a higher seat, it makes it so much easier for older guests to get in and out of them. Later, we practically waited for the rest of our outdoor furniture to wear out so we could justify replacing it too. We got rid of our rusty, worn out dining table and chairs, as well as some wicker sectional seating, and now have a bar height set and standard height set that can stay out by the pool year-round. No more moving furniture in and out every season! Next up will be some loungers once the wicker ones we have now will surely wear out too. This furniture looks great year after year with no maintenance whatsoever with the grey color we selected. We highly recommend and love these products!

The two chair gliders we just purchased are the 15th and 16th piece of BTY furniture we've purchased over the last 20+ years.We sold all but one piece (coffee table) when we moved into an apartment with a balcony. You couldn't tell the difference between the 1st piece we purchased in early 2000 or the last piece we purchased a few years ago, they both still looked great.
