I had driven by Watts for 30 years. When both my computers started slowing I decided to call Roman. I couldn't be happier with my experience. Just A#1 service. Buy local, you won't get that at a big box store!

I dropped my laptop and it wouldn't turn on for more than 2 seconds. He was able to get me in right away and he fixed it right away! I highly recommend this place!

Roman did a great job for us. Because of a power outage, my son's PS4 trashed out. Roman pulled the hard drive, and replaced it with chips. It now works better, faster than before. (A LOT better than buying a new one. )He also replaced a battery on an older IPad for us. I think his charges were quite reasonable. We will definitely have him help us in the future.

My husband needed an antenna for his semi truck that we couldn't find anywhere. Roman was able to find it and got it ordered right away. Unfortunately with Covid the shipping was delayed which is out of his control. We have always had great customer service and will continue to do business here with all computer needs.

I went in a week ago and he ordered, so he said, a new screen for jMy iPhone. Said it would be in the next day. Haven’t heard back from him. I will not suggest him to anyone ever again. Bad for a business especially after I went in the next day and he said it would be there when the mail came that day. Not impressed. Batteries plus did it Wednesday right away and didn’t even take an hour.
