They accommodated our need to get on the road by getting us in and out within 30 minutes (instead of scheduling us a few hours later like they originally suggested BEFORE we explained our travel plans). We were shocked. They price for the tire fix was REALLY nice, as well. VERY reasonable. We could tell these guys were great at their job, and they went above and beyond by filling the rest of our tires up with air, as they were slightly low. I HIGHLY recommend them.
Also, clearly they are great because by the time we left there that morning, they had at least 5 phone calls from customers. This made me feel like they were very trusted for what they do.”

“I was on vacation in Minnesota and blew a brake line while getting a boat out of a lake. Unfortunately it wasn't going to be an easy fix because it was the section between the frame and the fuel tank. I was in a pinch because I needed to leave in 2 days. I called Master Care and explained my situation. They squeezed me in that day but said they couldn't make any promises. I was surprised to get a call just 2-3 hours later to inform me that my truck was done and ready to be picked up. I was nervous about what the bill was going to be, but when they told me what the total was going to be I was thrilled. Couldn't be more happy.”
