The coffee machine was broken with one of the grinders being completely empty. One attendant stood in the back breaking down boxes watching the front as the line backed up and, after about 5 minutes, finally joined her co-worker to help. The only was to enroll in the rewards program is in their app and when I asked how the lady just handed me a flyer. When I can instantly enroll in a reward program, it is much easier and I am likely to do it at that time.

Called the number on the website, 3 times,finally understood the employee.she said call the other number . . Explained they have had phone issues but the other number doesn't show up on the website.

Employees are usually nice enough. But it seems management at this location is complacent. Their frozen drink machine has been on the blinks over two weeks right at the start of summer. Their pop machine is frequently out of order or out of mixture (they should check on this without needing to be told). They're also often out of cups for days on end. Seems like someone isn't staying on top of inventory/maintenance, which is a sign of mismanagement. I've been in other Casey's locations that don't have these problems. Funny how every complaint on this post receives a canned response that looks like it's AI-bot generated.

I was very disappointed in the pizza I received last night. It was raw. The cheese wasn’t even melted all the way. Toppings were ice cold. It was nasty. I should have just thrown my money in the trash, because that’s where the pizza went.Customer service however was great.

We have had some marginal carry out pizza here, but this last weekend was the final straw. we ordered a pizza and when we opened it up half of it was completely black, bottom and top. Inedible is an understatement. Called in they said they refunded our money but we had to pay for the other pizza in a new transaction. They refunded the amount before we came back in but were unable to give us a receipt? No we have to look at the next card statement to see if we actually got a refund.How on earth does anyone completely burnt a pizza and just put it in the box and send it out anyway. Brutal and we won't be back.

Had no problems with the place, but recently they removed online ordering and that became an incredible inconvenience for me. Sometimes to me it's hard to get exactly what I want in an order into words, so calling in to order is a pain. Ordering through the app was nice and easy, but I guess they didn't see it as important enough to keep going.

Their food is one of the worst at any caseys. Unfortunately it's the closest to our home. There's rarely pizza in the warmer to go. Any food for that matter. We got subs last night, instead of fresh bread, the 12inch subs were literally on 2 separate little hoagies out of a bag. Half the sub (turkey and veggies) was out of the hoagie when we opened them (we pre-ordered them). The bread was chewy and waxy. Half the time we go there for subs they are out of meat, lettuce is brown, out of many veggies; Or they say they aren't making subs (no reason). That store seems extremely lazy and most staff at the check outs are in horrible moods and you can tell they don't want to be at work.I try to go to Eagle Lake most of the time; much better staff, food and atmosphere.

Did an update on my app quite a while back and been having problems trying to order through this Casey's store in Janesville Minnesota otherwise it's a good store we love getting flatbread pizza there:)
