Edit: They have gotten a lot better in the last year or so than they used to be. New staff maybe? Either way they are polite most of the time now and I haven't had any recent problems. I live in a different part of town and now use a PO Box rather than a street address, so I don't have to deal with packages being left out in the snow anymore.(Old review): The people are very rude and lazy. Packages are often not delivered and when they are they are left out near the mail box in the rain. The people working there are mean and rude and act like you're a burden on them.

What a terrible post office. I work out of town and when I was gone they closed my PO Box and changed the lock. They also sent back all of my mail including some very important things. I am very discussed!!!!!

Absolutely terrible. I have never been so displeased with a post office's service. Multiple times my mail has ended up in a neighbor's mail box. There was also one time I filled out a form to have my mail forwarded to a different address for a week. During that week, not one thing was forwarded. I come back to my Isle address and everything is in my mail box. Why was it not forwarded?! I would given them ZERO stars, but it won't let me. This place is awful.

i was there last morning to send a box, and i asked the lady behind the counter if i it could be possible to use the standard post tape to close the box. The lady told me that i had to purchase a 4 USD tape to close my box. I complain about this options, as i just need a little of tape to finish the box) and see told me that in 25 year she never standard post provided tape to any customer. So, if you need tape to close your mail boxes, please do it at home!
