I have a small business and I ship all of my orders through this local post office. All of the staff are so friendly and patient even if you have a lot of packages. Very helpful staff that are doing a great job!

This is a wonderful small town post office. The employees are always very friendly and go out of their way to be helpful. It feels like family and you get to know the employees. Great place!!

Jersey James doesn’t know anything, completely unprofessional.I also drop Amazon, Isanti is a small post office that wasn’t built for taking in pallets, and hence why USPS negotiated with Amazon we are to break down pallets. Most places like this don’t get much Amazon so no big deal, Isanti gets alot. It’s a bad drop, us veterans only take drop when money is right but rookies take drop and get screwed blame the clerk who’s there every morning. never had an issue, I respect the clerk just won’t take a loss and take bad drop

My company delivers pallets to this post office in the early mornings and let me start of by saying RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, extreme lack of customer service!! The two guys should be written up for how they talk to vendors trying to do there job. Very lazy!! I hope we never have to deliver here again. Even the driver ahead of us we had never met said he got into an altercation with the rude guy as well. POOR POOR SERVICE tried to say he would report our pallets missing . WOW definitely gonna call headquarters took pictures and video

Always delivering my packages late or holding them longer making the delivery by expected date go out long. So usually the company has to refund me money because of this company

Great Employees. Have probably the best carrier in MN. And on rare occasion I need to ship something or have a problem the employees at counter are super helpful

I am at E shores of Lk Francis.....my mail man SPEEDS through! He barely even STOPS to put a pkg in my mailbox!! There are animals around here.....plz help me!!?? ALSO, how does HE know if it's fragile???? I am VERY UPSET!!!! MAD also!!!!!

Your mail man keeps walking in my open garage to place the packages at our door inside the garage. I opened the door to find an old man who appeared to be rummaging through my garage, but he was dropping off a package. He also spilt soup all over our box, and some got inside. Extremely weird and unprofessional behavior.
