I have no idea where my products are. Driver can not read a gps or what.? What has happened to ups. Photos of who knows is not proof of delivery. Amazon needs to offer real delivery service, NOT YOU.

Hours 3:30pm - 6pm? ??? it's 2024... Explains why my package is beyond late!! Good to know, now I will NEVER ship anything UPS ever again!! What a Bush League UPS location!! Don't even bother responding to this review, by saying "sorry for not meeting your expectations" because there's absolutely NO excuse!! You are PAID to provide a service!!

I have a U shaped driveway with half of my driveway barricaded off because of how soft and muddy it is this year and yet the drivers still drive in my yard to go around it. You can't call customer service because the automated system won't let you talk to anyone. I really hope I catch them stuck over there one day because they will be sending someone out here to fix my driveway as they aren't smart enough to not turn around.

We had a package delivered today. My husband had to walk to the end of our 250 ft. driveway to bring it to the house. It could have gotten rained on or stolen. He did delivery work for 30 years and cannot believe how UPS has lost their professionalism. The driver should have delivered the package to the house or garage. He tried to call the dispatcher and report this and waited 9 minutes to talk to customer service from another country. He could not understand half of their English words they spoke. Very disappointing to see the best delivery company fall to this level of professionalism.

No consideration! Driver Left my important envelope on the ground in the rain by the time I got to it, it was soaked and your lucky it didn’t ruin my important papers! Use common sense and put envelopes in the Mailbox! Don’t leave a paper envelope outside in the rain to get soaked!!!

So I order 3 packages on Amazon, 1 went through USPS got to me fine. These other 2 got misdelivered, 1 needed a signature. In their defense address wasn’t easy however I had used address before on Amazon with no problem plus they could’ve returned it vs delivering it to a rental house (nothing to do with me).

Just had a small digital scale I ordered today and this is what I catch your driver doing with the package after he got out of his truck curious as to why your driver thinks he needs to jostle and shake something around when he doesn't have a clue what's inside the package. I really hope I don't find that something got broken when I get home and open this tomorrow. Really good for electronic items to be shaken around I guess totally unprofessional of this driver and you will also be getting a phone call from me about this Friday 9/08/23 apparently I can't attach the video from my security camera to this post but you'll be getting that phone call for sure.

UPS just delivered my packages to my neighbor and he is not giving them back to me. UPS took a picture of delivery which is clearly my neighbors front door. It was from 3 different companies from separate ordered totaling over $500.00
