I found a 2022 Explorer on their website, contacted them, asked if it was available. Sheila, emailed me, sent me a text, and called and left a voicemail, yes it is here and available. We arrived a half hour later, and told it sold yesterday. No apology, just wanted to know if there was something else we would be interested in!

amazing service! I got my car at cornerstone 3 years ago. I've had alot of transmission issues since I've owned it. always a hassle to get them to fix it. they wouldn't get acan the check engine light for me unless I made an appointment 3 weeks out after ny car has already left me stranded. I called hayford and they said bring it in no appointment needed and got it fixed within one day! they even washed it for me. very impressed and happy!

Very disappointed with the “salesmenâ€. It's not that I don't recommend Ford the product but I will never be coming back nor telling my family/friends too go to Hayford. We were looking to purchase a new Ford Explorer for my mother. After pulling teeth to test drive a vehicle the sales guy who didn't even tell us his name said “ Well I suppose you can drive others but they are all the same, Edge is just smallerâ€. As a first responder and former military I am highly disappointed in this dealership. I thought I was purchasing a vehicle from a dealership who supported the military and first responders only to find out it was only said to get me to sign the papers. After 52 days of purchasing my vehicle that I use to get me to my 3 jobs, the transmission went out. 52 days!! because it is an "as is" vehicle and I did not sign an extended warranty( that I was told would not be available to
